The Inaugural 3P Initiative Award Gala marks the first night of its kind in Huntington, West Virginia. It's the formal, public moment where verified excellence in the workforce finally gets its due.
Every employer honored tonight could have stayed at status quo. Instead, they chose to build real infrastructure to recognize the people who make their organization run. That choice is what's being celebrated here.
These employers come from different industries and different backgrounds, but they've found common ground in one belief: the people who go above and beyond deserve a system that proves it. Alongside them stand the Charter Inductees, individuals who made that same choice on the ground floor.
