Welcome to The 3P Initiative, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We are the governing body for the Occupational Social Worth™ standard. We are committed to protecting your personal information, your workforce data, and your right to privacy.
This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website (the3pinitiative.org), as well as data processed during our Community Impact Score™ (CIS) assessments, "Community Champion" recognition programs, and related consulting services.

2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect information in two distinct categories: (1) Voluntary Personal Information and (2) Workforce Analytics Data.
A. Personal Information You Disclose to Us We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you express an interest in our services or participate in our recognition programs:

Nomination Data: Information provided when submitting a "Community Champion" nomination, including the nominee’s name, specific acts of service, and photographic evidence.
B. Workforce & Assessment Data (The CIS Protocol) To calculate the Community Impact Score™ (CIS), we may collect aggregated data regarding:

Participation Rates: The percentage of a workforce engaged in volunteerism.

Sentiment Data: Anonymous feedback regarding employee perception of corporate values (used to calculate the "Truth Gap™").

Anonymity Standard: All employee sentiment data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not track or store individual employee responses linked to specific identities without express written consent.

We use the information collected via our Site and Assessment Protocols for specific business and compliance purposes:

To Operationalize the Standard: We use workforce data to calculate, calibrate, and certify your company’s Community Impact Score™.

To Administer Recognition: We use nomination data to select winners, verify eligibility, and coordinate with government officials for the issuance of Official Proclamations.

To Facilitate Human Systems Integration: We analyze aggregated data to provide Partners with "Risk Intelligence" regarding workforce stability and retention trends.

For Marketing & Advocacy: We use the stories of "Community Champions" to promote the value of the industrial workforce to the public and the media.

4. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?
We operate under a strict code of ethics. We do not sell, rent, or trade your employee data to third-party marketers.
We share information only in the following specific scenarios:

Public Recognition (With Consent): By submitting a nomination, you confirm you have the nominee's consent to share their name, photo, and story publicly on our Site, social media channels, and in press releases.

Government Coordination: We share limited nominee information (Name, Company, Citation of Merit) with the Governor's Office or Mayor's Office solely for the purpose of drafting Official Proclamations.

Legal Obligations: We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, or a judicial proceeding.

5. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.

Specifically regarding CIS Data: All "Risk Intelligence" data is stored in secure, access-controlled environments. We utilize Human Systems Integration (HSI) protocols to ensure that "Truth Gap" surveys cannot be reverse-engineered to identify individual whistleblowers or dissenting employees.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. If you would like to review or change the information in your account, or request that a specific "Champion Story" be removed from our public archives, you can contact us using the information below.
