1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our website, the3pinitiative.org (the "Site"), and the services offered by The 3P Initiative, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. No part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our express prior written permission.

3. Membership & Services

We offer a subscription-based membership program as detailed on our Site. By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the recurring monthly fees associated with your chosen tier. All services, including but not limited to the "Community Champion" recognition, publicity campaigns, and the "Community Impact Score," are provided as described in our program materials.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; (3) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Submissions and Nominations

​

You acknowledge and agree that any information you provide to us through our nomination forms, including nominee names, photos, and stories ("Submissions"), becomes our property for the purpose of promoting our program. By making a Submission, you grant us the right to use, edit, and publicly display this information on our Site, social media channels, and in press releases. You warrant that you have obtained the enthusiastic consent of any individual featured in your Submission before providing it to us.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership with The 3P Initiative at any time by providing written notice to our official business email. All membership fees are non-refundable. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following cycle.

7. Prohibited Activities

​

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

8. Site Management

​

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms and Conditions; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms and Conditions; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, or disable any of your Submissions.
